Klimahouse leaves a positive impression

08-11.03.2023 in Bolzano, Italy - Last week Klimahouse, the leading trade fair for building renovation and energy efficiency, took place. The motto was: Build well. Live well. Gutmann also presented itself to the audience with wood-aluminium systems to highlight the special properties of the particular material and to cover the focus topics of wood, energy, building for all, as well as innovation.

Wood-aluminium windows created great interest

The trade fair left a very positive impression: "This was the first time Gutmann participated at Klimahouse and we were delighted to be able to meet so many interesting and encouraging people at the trade fair," summed up Max Radt, Export Manager. "The trade fair was well attended and the trade fair's core topics on sustainable building fit very well with our products and solutions, especially the wood-aluminium windows generated a lot of interest."

Benchmark for the industry

One highlight that remained particularly in the memory after the trade fair were the many existing customers who could be personally welcomed at the booth in Bolzano. "Not only customers from the north, but from all over Italy came to Bolzano. This shows how valuable the trade fair and our presence was for the customers," says Max Radt. In addition, we had discussions with fabricators who do not work with Gutmann yet but are very interested in our technical solutions. The visitors confirmed: Gutmann is highly recognized in terms of quality and is certainly considered a benchmark for the industry. In particular, the FPS.I integrated fall protection system, an architecturally sophisticated solution for floor-to-ceiling doors, attracted the interest of many visitors. Furthermore, the new FPS sets including ready-made installation material were also presented, for which we also received a lot of positive feedback.

Presence on the Italian market

However, attending the trade fair was not only aimed at existing or future customer relations. The search for sales and technical employees was also an important purpose in order to strengthen the presence with a team in the country - because the Italian market for wood-aluminium windows is one of the most important in Europe. The vacancies were actively advertised and initial discussions were held with interested candidates.

"In Italy, as in the rest of Europe, we expect a further increase in demand for sustainable solutions for high-quality windows with good thermal values, renewable raw materials and recyclable materials. In this regard, Gutmann can perfectly meet the demands of architects and customer requirements with its product portfolio," says Max Radt.
